Appointments
All first time clients and clients with prior cancellations will be required 50% deposit of the service when you book the appointment. Your card will be authorized when you book the appointment, and charged the day when you book the appointment. Additionally, all deposits are non-refundable, however, it will be credited to your service the day of your appointment. If the reservation is cancelled due to a no-call/no-show or cancellation within 24hrs of the appointment, the deposit is used as a cancellation fee and is therefore no longer applicable to a service.
All online deposits are processed through an SSL secured portal provided through Vagaro
Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior.
If we do not receive requested cancellation notice. A 50% fee of total price of the service will be collected.
Late Arrivals
To ensure timely service to each of our guests, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your reservation if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
Walk-Ins
While we encourage scheduling an appointment, we do welcome walk-clients. However, it is based on availability and if we are busy there may be a waiting period or you might have to schedule an actual appointment.
Payment Policy
Femme Salon gladly accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major credit cards. Unfortunately we cannot accept checks at this time. At your will, gratuity may be added to your credit card or in the form of cash.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds
Although all sales are final, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections if there was a fault on our side.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are perfect for anyone on any occasion and redeemable only at Femme Salon location. Our gift certificates can be used toward any salon service and to purchase any products. Gift certificates are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months after issue date.
Health History
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
Child Safety
Due to the work specifics of our establishment and all the materials and tools in a salon environment, we ask that children under the age of 12 be well attended at all times by a guardian. We appreciate your understanding, as our client’s safety is our top priority!
